SOMA MVMT is designed for adults in the Maplewood and South Orange area who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more capable without turning fitness into another source of stress.
Most of our members are between 30 and 55 years old and balancing demanding schedules, careers, commuting, parenting, creative work, and everyday life responsibilities.
Many are actors, musicians, theater professionals, artists, or other creatives looking for a consistent and supportive training environment that helps them feel better physically and mentally.
Others are returning to fitness after years away from exercise, recovering from injuries, or looking for a more sustainable alternative to high-intensity programs.
